In FIFA Seasons, you have the option of abandoning the game in agreement with the opponent. I would love to see this feature in FUT as well, as it would allow people to skip matches with laggy connections (and bad pitch conditions). With regards to disconnects and rage quits, it’s a troublesome area to fix. On one hand, it’s quite unfair that you get punished when the server crashes or when the opponent quits prematurely. On the other hand, it’s quite hard to decide whether a player disconnected on purpose or by accident, and it’s even harder to decide on a fair result even for the player who didn’t quit. Despite all the issues, I think there are some potential improvements within this area. Linking in with all previously mentioned “story” mode, the Create-a-Pro section of the game is in a vast need of improvement. Despite having a lot of good points to it (such as being to select nearly any football boot on the planet), there are certain sections of it that are simply embarrassing. For starters, game-face needs to improve. We’re now in the next generation of gaming and we need the graphic capabilities to show.
"With regards to FIFA 16, there isn't a Vita or 3DS version. We don't have any further detail on the mobile version but will be sure to share with you when we hear more," he said in an interview with Pocket Gamer. It is also unknown whether the game will get Nintendo Wii and Wii U devices as these were not mentioned in the official press releases. FIFA 16's rather limited inclusion of women's soccer speaks for itself. No, it's not full partnership, even allowing for women's soccer's limited presence and history next to the men’s game, but it is a start. And for what is being presented it's not a tokenized treatment either.
Slapping female avatars on player models with animations, ratings and physics modeling all designed for men would be a disaster. There are real women's soccer stars in here, their images scanned into the game the same as male players, their actions and expressions motion-captured as well. It takes not only an effort to develop playable women avatars and differentiate their skills appropriately, but also money to compensate these athletes for their likeness, and the legal work to do so properly. Men's pro leagues, more established, have more streamlined processes in the latter case especially. The bad news doesn’t end here if you happen to own the Nintendo Wii U, because like it did with FIFA 15, EA Sports appears to be passing on FIFA 16 for Wii U as well.
According to sources, FIFA 16 is going to pick up right where the last release left off. There is one thing that might be a little annoying depending on what game console you choose to buy the game for. One source is claiming that the latest soccer game is not going to be released for any Nintendo consoles. That includes the 3DS and the Wii. Not that anyone really enjoys playing a game like this on a mobile device, but it is nice to get your fix when you are on the go. FIFA 16 will feature women’s national teams, the first time for a major football game and the first new feature to be announced for the game - but they won’t be able to play against men. The gender restriction presumably means that women will be ranked on a separate system from the existing one for men. So she was ecstatic with the news that "FIFA 16" will include women's teams, marking the first time EA Sports has included women in its soccer video game. The "FIFA 16" release date is Sept. 22. EA made the announcement on Thursday, timed to capture the energy of the 2015 Women's World Cup in Canada, which kicks off next month.
EA Games announced today that FIFA 16, the next release in the soccer game franchise, will include women’s national teams. Others worries about a slippery slope. Once you let women into the simulated version of something they actually do to a professional level in real life, what could be next? The FIFA 16 release date is still months out and we are looking forward to the bigger FIFA 16 E3 2015 reveal that will likely bring a gameplay trailer, more specific FIFA 16 features and other information but you can already save up to $22 on FIFA 16.
EA Sports is also looking to attract more female gamers to there FIFA Franchise when they announced last month that they are adding the top women national teams to FIFA 16. Germany, USA, France, Sweden, England, Brazil, Canada, Australia, Spain, China, Italy, and Mexico women nationals teams will all be available in FIFA 16. Games can use these teams to compete in kickoff, Online Friendlies and Match Day. The FIFA 16 release date for all these platforms should be the same, including current and next-gen consoles. If FUT 16 Web App goes live, it will be available for old FUT gamers at September 16, 2015. They were rewarded with some welcome packs according to their FUT 16 activity. If everything goes normal, the FIFA 16 Demo could be launched on September 8th.
